Dinner Nights in Denver, Colorado
I am founding a culinary society here in the city of Denver on Meetup. We will go once a month either to someones home to be fed a home-cooked a healthy renal meal, or visits to restaurants to teach people how to eat renal healthy when they go out. Stay tuned to our blog to find out about this. Note you do not have to have any kidney conditions to be a part of this. Anyone who wants to learn how to eat healthily can come! Join our club free here!
Adventures in my Renal Symptoms
It has been a fascinating month. If you do not know, i have been diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma. It was caught early, so I am aware I will beat it, but chemo and radiation make my kidney issues even more grave. I stopped my diet for a while, and that’s why I have not written on this blog for a while.
I have had to come to terms with it. And I have begun to be back on my diet and lived healthily. You will start to see once a week blog posts coming from the Renal Chef! I hope you had a fantastic summer; we have lots of revolutionary food ideas coming! Stick around to learn more!
On Another Note
I wanted to tell you guys about a raffle my nonprofit organization is holding. In my spare time I like to engage in Genealogy, and even blogging about genealogy at my website www.genealogygangster.com to give back to the community that has given so much to me I want to teach youth about genealogy. We are giving away trips to Mexico and Las Vegas, and everyone who gets a raffle ticket will get a free night stay at a hotel. $3.00 is not a bad price to pay for a hotel trip. If you’re interested in entering visit our page here.
