An Uphill Battle
Kidney Failure Diary Entry 4/11/2017
I’m sorry I have not written on this blog in the past few weeks. I have been going through a lot of personal as well as professional problems. Things have been an Uphill battle every since the year started and I found out I had stage four kidney disease. The diet is very hardcore and I must admit to my readers that it has not been easy. Can I be a little transparent and real here? The hardest thing about being a renal failure patient is the diet. Sincerely i apologize! I know I started out and said that I would post a lot more here but to be honest I’ve cheated my diet some.
I Swear, to tell the truth about my Uphill Battle
As i promised, I swear, to tell the truth and the whole truth so help me God. For all my readers I will not hide things from my readers because I hope that people will read this blog and gain inspiration. If you are a Renal Failure patient and you have fallen off the wagon I got good news for you. The good news I have is you can always climb back on the wagon. So I have some steps to help you climb back on the horse and get back to recovery.
The first thing is to be real and honest with yourself. Only when you come to a realization that you have fallen off the horse can you look up and begin to get back on. The next step is to consult with your renal failure team and get them involved in your recovery. Find out ideas about what you can eat and cant. Find out from them what are the things you can do to help aid your recovery. I am on the road of recovering! Are you?
